Building a society requires will, effort,
passion, and a lot of love for what we do day to day. For
15 years, Entre Hermanos has offering physical and imaginary
social spaces for all Latinos to get together and celebrate
our being in a new country, the sadness about leaving and
missing our countries of origin, the traditional music and
color of our countries of origin and growth, which never
ceases to be with us even in this distant land.
LATINO NIGHT AT NEIGHBOURS
So every Sunday we dress in our best for a party, for flavor,
for rhythm, for sound, for the diverse faces of us all:
Latinos living in the U.S. Sunday from 10PM to 2AM is Latino
Night and Neighbours. Don’t fail to visit and see the best
party in the Northwest.
THE LATINO PAGEANT
Speaking of the Northwest, there’s an event in Seattle that’s
already part of history and the best memories yet to be
had: The Latino Pageant, filled with magic and enchantment.
This night in late spring is the venue where we elect the
Queen and King of our community, who will represent us over
the next year of work to be done in our community.
LGBT PRIDE PARADE
It is the Queen and King take to the streets at the head
of our contingent for Entre Hermanos in Seattle’s LGBT Pride
Parade. We make ourselves known to mainstream society at
this event, while at the same time reaffirming our pride
in our roots and in who we are.
LATINO CRUISE
Our Latino Cruise takes us on a wonderful voyage with grand
views of the surrounding and the city, and of our new environment.
We launch every two years on a seafaring craze that bids
farewell to the summer and welcomes the renewal of hopes
for a promising future of autumn for us all.
